Stephen Kelly, Director

Stephen joined George Street in 2017 and is a Director of the company.  Stephen’s day-to-day responsibilities are focused on overseeing the asset management, lifecycle management and operational and contractual compliance services provided by the company.

Prior to George Street, Stephen spent 4 years as Commercial Director of a privately owned Facilities Management company and prior to that spent 12 years as Bid Director in its sister PFI/PPP investment business.

In his Bid Director role Stephen was instrumental in the success of the business, successfully bidding, negotiating and closing a number of projects in the health and education PPP sectors. In his four years as Director of the FM business Stephen was instrumental in transforming the operations and profitability of the business.

Prior to this Stephen’s experience was in the consultancy field working with a leading cost and project management consultancy.  Stephen was responsible for providing Due Diligence and Funder Technical Adviser services to a variety of Developers and Lenders.
