George Street has the necessary technical and commercial capability to deal with any unusual or complex matters that might arise from time to time and which, unless carefully managed and resolved, could threaten to derail a project.
Occasionally, issues arise on projects which require a period of dedicated technical, commercial or contractual intervention to resolve. These may be operational matters or may originate from the construction phase of the project but do not come to light until many years later. The George Street team has a wealth of experience - gained from years of owning and managing a large portfolio of PFI/PPP assets - in addressing and resolving any such matters as they arise.
