Alan Fordyce, Managing Director

Alan co-founded George Street in 2015 and is Managing Director.  Alan has day to day responsibility for leading the business.

Prior to George Street, Alan spent 14 years as Managing Director of a privately owned PFI/PPP investment business, in that time developing the business into a major force in the UK private finance arena undertaking a variety of Project Management, Investment and delivery roles.

During his tenure the company invested more than £50M of equity/subordinated debt funding in circa 25 projects, representing a total capital development programme exceeding £1.3B.
